Pre-Kindergarten

Our Pre-Kindergarten program begins with a strong appreciation for each child and his/her uniqueness. Our approach is well-balanced. We are careful and deliberate in balancing play-based learning, hands-on learning opportunities, and developmentally appropriate practices to allow our Pre-Kindergartners to thrive as they leave our school and move on to Kindergarten. We build confidence in our students by listening, supporting, and caring about what they think and say.

Our classroom acts as an important teacher in your child’s studies, providing ample opportunities for learning and growth. With areas for science, social studies, math, literacy, and dramatic play, our classrooms are designed to be the ultimate early childhood learning environment. We incorporate natural materials into our classrooms as much as possible and allow children the opportunity to work with these items on a daily basis. These items often replace the “toys” that we have become to expect in an early childhood classroom.
